Hebton and AhnLab Blockchain Collaborate to Enhance Geo-DePIN Services

Hebton partners with AhnLab Blockchain to integrate wallet technology into its TINA app, advancing Web3 services.

Hebton Co., Ltd., a firm specializing in spatial data technologies, has announced a strategic partnership with AhnLab Blockchain Company (ABC) as of January 27. This collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of practical Web3 services by merging Web3 wallet infrastructure with a blockchain-driven spatial data platform.

The partnership will combine Hebton”s innovative spatial data initiatives with ABC”s advanced wallet technology. Hebton has confirmed that its Geo-DePIN project, named TINA, has integrated ABC”s Web3 wallet, Clip, into the TINA mobile application. This integration is set to simplify user access to Web3 functionalities by embedding wallet features directly into the app, eliminating the need for complex external procedures.

With the incorporation of the Clip wallet, TINA app users can now engage in spatial data contribution and reward mechanisms within a native Web3 wallet environment. Hebton emphasized that this setup allows for more intuitive and accessible interaction with blockchain-based incentives. The goal is to lower technical barriers, encouraging participation from users who may not be familiar with blockchain technology but are comfortable using mobile applications.

The TINA platform operates as a Web3-based geospatial data service built on the Geo-DePIN model, which prioritizes decentralized and participatory data collection. Users can gather and submit various types of traffic and location-based data, including points of interest and road conditions. In return for their contributions, participants receive rewards, fostering an incentive-driven ecosystem for data generation.

Hebton also highlighted that the data collected through TINA is refined into high-quality spatial datasets applicable across diverse industries. These applications encompass autonomous driving systems, smart city infrastructure, logistics optimization, and advanced digital mapping solutions. By adopting a participatory data collection model, the platform aims to overcome challenges linked to centralized spatial data markets, such as limited coverage and slow update cycles.

Hebton positions its Geo-DePIN approach as a means to democratize spatial data production while ensuring accuracy and reliability. By leveraging blockchain technology, the company seeks to guarantee transparency in data contributions and reward distribution, thereby fostering trust among participants and data consumers.

Hebton is a domestic startup committed to creating a user-driven spatial data ecosystem through Web3 technologies, focusing on enabling individuals to actively contribute to and benefit from the spatial data economy. In contrast, ABC brings its established blockchain and security expertise to the collaboration, operating the Clip Web3 wallet, which has attracted over 2.4 million users to date.

The extensive user base of Clip is anticipated to significantly facilitate the adoption of the TINA platform. By integrating a widely utilized wallet, Hebton expects enhanced trust, usability, and onboarding efficiency for new users entering the Geo-DePIN ecosystem.

Hebton”s leadership expressed optimism that this partnership will fortify the stability and credibility of the TINA geospatial data ecosystem. The company underscored that Clip”s robust security features and user-friendly interface are likely to create meaningful synergies, particularly in improving platform accessibility and supporting future scalability. As Web3 applications continue to advance beyond experimental stages, this collaboration exemplifies a broader trend in the industry toward integrating blockchain technology with real-world data and infrastructure services.
