This exciting development was shared by product manager Nikita Bier, emphasizing its potential to simplify the discovery of relevant accounts for newcomers interested in these markets.
The Starterpacks feature allows users to follow multiple influential accounts within the cryptocurrency sector, including those focused on Bitcoin (BTC), memecoins, and on-chain analysis. Bier noted that the platform has curated over 1,000 pre-built categories that encompass various topics such as news, technology, business, and finance, with a particular emphasis on the cryptocurrency sector.
Designed with new users in mind, Starterpacks will streamline the process of connecting with both prominent and active accounts across different fields. This initiative reflects a growing trend among social media platforms to facilitate content discovery in specific niches. For instance, the decentralized platform Bluesky launched a similar “Starter Packages” feature in June 2024, allowing users to tailor their account categories based on personal interests.
Bier stated, “Over the past few months, we”ve selected accounts that are influential across various fields worldwide and compiled them into a new tool called Starterpacks. The aim is to help new users easily discover not only large accounts but also accounts that are truly active in every field.”
The introduction of Starterpacks is expected to further engage users in the cryptocurrency space, making it easier for them to navigate the complexities of following significant trends and developments within the industry.
